Yard Art and Handmade Places

University of Texas Press. 2010

Relatively few people in America build their own homes, but many yearn to make the places they live in more truly their own. 1. I have a phone poke in my back yard and I needed to give it some character. Now it is part of our yard, having fun with the face

  2. Love the look on the tree. Very different. Unfortunately the hook points are not placed in a balanced spot on each piece (they are weighted differently, heavier on the left or on the right). Have to really play with them to get them to stay in the correct position.

  3. This wa bought to create fun for my grandkids and help teach them about the spirit of nature. I love this and would give it a five star if the left eyeball would stay on the tree. But it does not have a deep enough divot to keep it in place and i am constantly having to retrieve it off ground even though it is up high enough that no one bumps it.
